English as a Second Language - ESL
ESL services provide social and academic language support to ELL students with moderate to high levels of English proficiency.  While these students do not require the intensive support provided to newcomer students (in TLCs, Language Academies, and ELCs, for example), they still require language support in order to become fully proficient
