Pre-Kindergarten
Welcome to Bruce Vento Full Day Pre-K!
Our Pre-Kindergarten Program provides preschool education for children the year before kindergarten to prepare them for school success. Here at Vento we have three full day Pre-K classrooms and one Enrichment classroom.
Classes focus on teaching children to:
- See themselves as capable learners
- Develop reading, writing and math skills
- Work well with other children and adults
Each classroom is staffed with one licensed teacher and an assistant. Up to 20 students can be enrolled into each classroom.
Students are enrolled for an entire school year, Monday through Friday. Our school hours are 7:30 a.m.- 2 p.m.
To be eligible for Pre-K, your child must be:
- Four years old by September 1st and
- Living in St. Paul

Early Childhood Education Services
In Pre-K, additional services are available for students who qualify. These services include Special Education, Speech, Occupational Therapy.
