Hello Bruce Vento Families!

My name is Debbie Czech and I am super excited to be teaching Fifth Grade!  I absolutely love watching the excitement that third graders have as they make new discoveries and grow as they become independent learners.  

I have taught in St. Paul Schools for my entire teaching career. I have been teaching at Bruce Vento since 2022.  Besides teaching Fifth Grade, I have also taught Elementary Science and First, Second, and Third Grade.  I have my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from the University of St. Thomas and my Master's Degree in Teaching and Learning from St. Mary's University. 

When I'm not at Bruce Vento, I love spending time with my son, Ryan.  We enjoy taking our dog for walks as well as going to movies and plays.  In the summer months, you can find me in my gardens or hanging out with my family and friends.
